Arphie is building the next generation platform for collaborative intelligence between go-to-market and product/engineering teams, and backed by top-tier VCs.
As Arphie’s first sales hire, you will work closely with the leadership team to shape and execute the strategic direction of our sales initiatives in the US. We are looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales who will help lay the foundations of our sales strategy & organization. The ideal candidate will come in, learn how we’ve done founder-sales and achieved rapid ARR growth, and build upon our existing sales playbook to develop a repeatable sales motion from sourcing pipeline outbound, to first call, to closed won. They will also be a key contributor in defining what our sales organization will look like as we continue to grow and expand.

Our total compensation package is a blend of salary, quota-based compensation, equity & benefits.
We are committed to paying fairly and aim for these three elements collectively to be highly competitive with market rates. Equity - on top of the position’s compensation, equity will be a major component of the total compensation. We aim to offer higher-than-average equity compensation for a company of our size and communicate equity amounts at the time of offer issuance.
